Description of Duties

Provide excellent, one-stop recruitment and selection service to

applicant tracking system.  Write advertisements for major and niche job

tools.

tracking database and any approved tools to identify
and recruit candidates. Provide information on company facilities, job
opportunities, benefits and other helpful information to potential
applicants.  Perform reference, background checks, and
education/certifications/licensure verification on applicants as
needed.

Candidate Requirements

Education: BS in Business Administration, Human Resource Management,
MIS or related field or medical degree with applicable experience or strong
experience considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of 8 years of experience
in fast pace recruiting, staffing, employment or related function with service
or client-focused environment.

Experience: Strong Microsoft and general computer skills required. Cyber
Recruiter and HRIS skills highly preferred. Excellent communication and
client relationship management skills required. Previous success as a
Medical Recruiter required. Extensive general knowledge of medical
positions and credentialing a must.

Certifications: PHR and SPHR preferred but not required.
