Faculty Activity Reports

Dean Billings and the Executive Committee have approved the 2003 Faculty Activity Report format. The approved format is to be used also for reappointment, tenure, promotion, graduate faculty nomination and for past five years faculty data report for AACSB International accreditation. The Faculty Activity Report contains the following sections:

  1. Professional Background
  2. Teaching During Last Five Years (Since January 1999)
  3. Research, Creative, and Scholarly Activity During Last Five Years (Since January 1999)
  4. Service During Last Five Years (Since January 1999)
  5. Honors, Awards, and Other Forms of Special Recognition
  6. Professional Development
  7. Self Evaluation
  8. Personal Goals for the Coming Year
  9. Current Faculty Curriculum Vita (attach copy)
